Shop.yashpalkothari.com is the shopping website of YASHPAL KOTHARI (YashpalKothari is the brand name of Kothari Art & Jewel) that allows consumers to browse, select and purchase precious stones and or precious metal jewellery and accessories (“Products” or “Goods”) from the website.
Delivery charges depends on the Delivery location and weight of the package, and calculated at the time of checkout process.
TRANSIT INSURANCE
All goods will be fully insured by the company until they reach your doorstep, so your purchase is 100% safe.
Our 7-day Money Back Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect.
Once the product is returned under our 7 Day Money Back policy, it would be checked for any tamper by the Quality control department (QC).
The product will be acceptable in perfect condition with all the tags and protective material intact. Any product returned with any kind of wear and tear or with tampered tag will not be covered under this policy.
1. For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
2. For all other orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).
The company has a return facility for exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 7-day money back policy.
The product once received and after the QC measures, your refund or new item will be processed shortly. Any product returned with any kind of wear and tear or with tampered tag will not be covered under this policy.
LIFETIME EXCHANGE & BUY-BACK POLICY:
We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases made from us, within India. The product can be returned for buy- back or exchange on the basis of its current market value.
The value of the exchanged product after deductions will be credited to your e shop account with us. This remains valid can be used to purchase anything on our e-Shop.
If you choose to return the product for buyback, the buy-back value will be paid to you via online bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the product.
Jewellery returned shall go through the Quality control procedure in order to process the credit /refund as per the mentioned categories.
