For orders within India, our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you subject to business working days.

We process the national delivery only through reputed courier service. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Your jewellery is shipped in durable, tamper-proof packing that ensures that the contents remain intact. Your jewellery is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.

Currently, we take orders for delivery only in India.

Can I change my shipping address after I have place an order?

We can only accept the product without custom engraving, in its original condition and with the invoice.

What is your Exchange & Buy-back Policy? 

We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-back on all purchases made from ‘YASHPAL KOTHARI’, within India. The product along with the original invoice, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged based on its current market value, with deductions towards making charges.

‘YASHPAL KOTHARI’ uses only conflict-free diamonds which are obtained from legitimate diamond sources that have been certified through.

What will my packing be like? 

Your jewellery will arrive in exclusive ‘YASHPAL KOTHARI’ gift boxes.

Is my jewellery authentic? 

All Diamond, Polki, Kundan, Jadau and Gemstone jewellery bought from ‘YASHPAL KOTHARI’ is authentic and all Gold jewellery bought from ‘YASHPAL KOTHARI’ is BIS hallmarked. 

I lost my jewellery invoice, can I get a duplicate? 

Yes we can arrange a duplicate for you. It will come with copy/duplicate written across the invoice. 

Can I re-size my Ring? 

In case your ring does not fit well, we will be happy to replace it with a new ring in the new size, with free to and from shipping. If the changes require any addition of gold we will only charge you the additional price.
